In this role, you will administer the Minimum Data Set (MDS) while leading the interdisciplinary team through education and support. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and implement MDS for the care team
• Provide training using a train-the-trainer model
• Monitor MDS documentation for compliance
• Maintain a current resident assessment schedule
• Assist with coding assessments for accuracy

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of long-term care experience
• Knowledge of the Long-Term Care Act and MDS
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
• Current member in good standing with the College of Nurses
