With 3-6 years in relevant roles, you will guide effective training programs and ensure ongoing relevance in content and delivery methods. Collaboration with consultants and stakeholders is key to create engaging and successful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead actionable workshops and leadership training sessions
• Implement training using VILT and in-person strategies
• Partner with vendors for seamless program execution
• Regularly review learning content to maintain effectiveness
• Assess training needs for optimal learning delivery

Requirements:
• 3-6 years of experience in training and development
• Bachelor’s degree in business or education preferred
• Knowledge of adult learning principles is an asset
• Robust facilitation and engagement capabilities
• Excellent collaboration skills in learning environments
