Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with property payment and lease terms
Manage lease critical dates and renewal timelines
Oversee financial reporting and forecasting




Coordinate document execution and insurance requirements
Track lease activity and manage landlord communications

Requirements:
At least 2 years in lease administration or property management
Proven experience in managing critical lease deadlines
Robust understanding of financial governance in real estate
Coordinating with varying internal teams is essential
