Draft and manage contracts within quick timelines
Maintain accurate corporate governance and filing

Support corporate transactions and legal documentation

Requirements:
J.D. and positive standing with Law Society of Alberta
5+ years’ experience in corporate law or related fields
Familiarity with technology and SaaS contracting
Proven ability to manage projects with limited hours
Strong judgment and organizational skills
