We are currently seeking a skilled Grader Operator with oilfield experience to join our team south of Grande Prairie. This is a local hire position - you will be home every day. Our clients rely on us to provide protected, reliable access to their worksites, so your work schedule will vary depending on weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate Grader safely and efficiently in oilfield environments.
Load, deliver, maintain and operate various equipment including Skid Steers, Snowcats, Dozers, and Track Hoe in remote settings.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
Work closely with Customers, Supervisor and other Operators to ensure job site safety and productivity.
Adapt to changing weather conditions and shift schedules.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of oilfield experience operating a Grader; both snowplowing and road & lease maintenance.
Must be local to Grande Prairie or surrounding area.




Robust understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Valid certifications:
CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
First Aid & CPR
H2S Alive
Clean Class 5 Driver’s License required; Class 3 or Class 1 license is preferred.
