Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient assistance throughout their visit or interaction
Support daily operational tasks such as stocking, organizing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace
Assist team members in completing their duties by sharing responsibilities and collaborating effectively
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed with enthusiasm
Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and welcoming environment




Contribute to team meetings by sharing ideas for improvement and supporting ongoing training initiatives
Help manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure displays are attractive and well-organized

Requirements
Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
Basic physical stamina to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and perform routine tasks throughout shifts
Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Willingness to follow safety procedures diligently and uphold company standards
