Sue Dulmage & Associates Inc. is a procurement firm specializing in FF&E; and OS&E; procurement for the hospitality industry, working with hotels ranging from limited service to luxury. We are growing and looking for a Project Manager to join our procurement team.

Location: Toronto, ON (in-office/hybrid)

Start date: Immediate
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities
Manage procurement for multiple hotel renovation and recent-build projects across Canada and the US
Build and track detailed budgets, purchase orders, and vendor payments
Interpret floor plans and prepare FF&E;/OS&E; counts and matrices
Guide and support Project Coordinators day-to-day
Liaise directly with clients, designers, and vendors to keep projects on time and on budget

Qualifications
5+ years of direct hospitality purchasing experience
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups,



financial tracking)
Experience managing multiple concurrent hotel projects
Strong knowledge of cross-border purchasing, including freight, customs, duties, and currency
Sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
Collaborative, team-first mindset with strong client-facing communication skills

Additional information
This is a hands-on, rapid-paced role involving travel across Canada and the US, including occasional site visits and trade shows.
