Part time Housekeeper

PJs Cottage Care is looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team. This is a year-round position servicing rental properties and private cottages in Tay, Port Severn, and Honey Harbour.

The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys a mix of housekeeping, light gardening and lawn care.

Responsibilities

● Cleaning and preparing rental cottages and private residences

● General housekeeping and maintaining high standards of cleanliness

● Light gardening and seasonal yard maintenance

● General property upkeep and assisting with cottage turnover

● Working independently and as part of a team

● Ensuring properties are clean, organized, and guest-ready

Qualifications

● Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or property maintenance experience is an asset

● Reliable, punctual, and dependable

● Strong attention to detail and initiative





● Able to work independently with minimal supervision

● Comfortable working as part of a team

● Able to lift 30–40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, kneeling, and stretching

● Must be bondable

● Must have reliable transportation to travel between job locations

● Travel compensation provided for extended travel outside our regular service areas

● Opportunity for additional hours depending on workload and availability
