Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking concrete finisher to join our agile team. This role involves supporting various construction projects by performing physical tasks essential to the successful completion of building and infrastructure developments. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety, punctuality, and teamwork, with a solid work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Duties
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
Load and unload construction materials and equipment
Mix, pour, and spread concrete or other materials as needed
Operate basic hand tools and assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards are met
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during daily operations
Support in the installation of structures, framing, or other construction components under supervision
Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and moving materials around the site
Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
