Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas
Assist with food safety procedures and proper food handling practices to ensure quality and compliance




Support upselling efforts by suggesting menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience
Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods

Skills
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous for supporting team operations
