Old Ashburn Golf Club is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Turf Maintenance Team for the upcoming golf season. This is an excellent chance to work outdoors, gain hands-on experience in golf course maintenance, and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional playing conditions.

Position Summary
Seasonal Turf Maintenance Workers assist in the daily upkeep of the golf course, ensuring high standards of playability and presentation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, early mornings, and being part of a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
Raking bunkers and maintaining sand conditions
String trimming and edging
Course setup (changing holes, tee markers, signage)
Assisting with irrigation and hand watering
General course maintenance and cleanliness
Operating turf equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications
Robust work ethic and positive attitude




Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
Previous golf course or landscaping experience is an asset, but not required
Valid driver’s license is considered an asset
