Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues
Apply appropriate pest control treatments
Utilize various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during treatment procedures
Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and follow-up care to maintain long-term pest control
Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and service reports
Assist with the maintenance and calibration of pest control equipment and machinery
Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during application processes

Experience




Prior experience with sales or customer service is advantageous, as it enhances communication with clients
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or related equipment is preferred
Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to assess pest issues quickly and accurately
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and professionally
Clean drivers' abstract and Class 5 license
Ability to work independently
Personable
Pest Applicator license is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
