Responsibilities

Must Be Able to work Thurs Fri Saturday Sunday and Mondays
Assist senior stylists with hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing techniques to deliver high-quality results.
Engage with clients to understand their styling preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly.
Promote retail products by educating clients on hair care solutions and upselling where appropriate.
Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries professionally.




Support the team in maintaining an organized workspace that adheres to health and safety regulations.
Contribute to a lively salon atmosphere by communicating effectively with team members and clients alike.

Requirements
Passion for hairstyling with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with clients of all backgrounds.
Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices.
Excellent communication skills to clearly understand client needs and collaborate with team members.
Ability to handle retail sales confidently by recommending suitable products.
Previous experience in front desk or reception roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
