Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Apprentice or Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. Our work is mostly residential right now, must be experienced with residential recent construction and service calls. Commercial/industrial experience is a valuable bonus. As an Apprentice or Journeyperson Electrician, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair work. Driver's licence with clean abstract required.

Duties:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial settings
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical wiring
Install and connect wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
Test electrical systems using specialized tools to ensure proper functioning and safety
Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget




Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on job sites

Skills:
Proficient in low voltage electrical systems
Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in electrical work
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
Experience in renovating or building electrical systems
Primarily residential work, with familiarity with commercial/industrial electrician work
Robust problem-solving skills for troubleshooting electrical issues
Understanding of logic controllers and their applications
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Estimating experience is an asset
