Yorkdale Wellness Clinic is seeking a reliable and professional Part time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.

This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent weekend work in a friendly, patient-focused healthcare workplace.

Schedule
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Permanent part-time position
Potential for occasional additional shifts as needed

Responsibilities
Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
Processing payments and insurance claims
Managing patient records and clinic paperwork
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Assisting therapists and clinic staff with administrative tasks

Qualifications
Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers, email,



and scheduling software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and punctual
Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset but not required

What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking an individual who values consistency, reliability, and long-term employment. As this role consists of one scheduled shift per week, regular attendance and commitment to scheduled Saturdays are essential.
