Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all food handling and safety standards are met consistently.
Provide attentive customer service by checking on guests regularly, addressing their needs promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.




Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service.
Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and responsible alcohol service.

Requirements
Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; experience with Micros POS or similar systems is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and change calculations accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment.
Experience in serving or bartending roles within the food industry is desirable.
Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
