Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Perfume Sale Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, promote our fragrance products, and create a welcoming shopping workplace. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance the overall store experience. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus to assist a diverse clientele. The Perfume Sale Associate plays a vital role in merchandising, product demos, and upselling to meet sales goals while maintaining organizational excellence.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications to educate customers about fragrances and related products
Assist customers with selections, upselling fragrances, and related merchandise to maximize sales opportunities
Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries
Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure proper merchandising standards are upheld




Perform basic math for transactions and inventory management
Support product demos and promotional events to increase customer engagement
Utilize communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members
Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt service during busy periods

Requirements
Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in fragrance, cosmetics, or related fields
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and product presentation
Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory tasks
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with product demos or makeup application is a plus
Strong organizational skills for maintaining store presentation and stock levels

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
