Job Summary

Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries face to face
Accurately perform data entry tasks related to customer accounts and transactions
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance sales performance
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes




Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience
Support the sales team by providing insights based on customer feedback and analysis

Requirements
Experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is advantageous
Demonstrated data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Pay: $600.00-$1,200.00 per week
