Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and skilled customer service worker to join our small hospitality team for this unique and fun part-time position. This position will be a cross trained role: split as needed between bartending our brewery style bar and being an axe throwing instructor. (no prior axe throwing experience required) The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving and engaging with customers, knowledge of the service industry, be comfortable with instructing and public speaking, and have a robust commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
Host and coach guests booked in for axe throwing
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
Manage inventory, restocking supplies as needed,



and maintaining cleanliness of the bar or axe throwing area as needed
Operate POS systems such as Touch Bistro for order processing and cash handling
Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications
Previous experience within the hospitality industry
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests professionally
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
Flexibility to work evenings, and weekends as needed.
Friendly personality with robust communication skills and teamwork orientated.
a valid TIANB responsible beverage training certificate is ideal

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
