Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to finish a multifamily residential building in Sechelt.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
Implement and enforce safety regulations in office
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
Manage project budgets effectively

Skills
Proficiency in construction management software
Solid knowledge of quality control processes




Experience with construction estimating techniques
Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam and ProCore
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
Excellent supervisory skills to lead on-site teams effectively
Robust budgeting skills to manage project finances efficiently

$130-150k salary per annum
Vehicle allowance
LOA: $2,000 per month

Pay: $130,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
