We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our team at Atlantic Indian Bistro, a vibrant Indian restaurant known for its authentic cuisine and warm atmosphere. The Kitchen Helper will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain hygiene standards.
Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
Help with washing dishes and maintaining a tidy kitchen workplace.
Support the cooking staff during busy hours by providing additional assistance.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.




Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen staff or management.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but not required.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and follow instructions.
Robust teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
