Key Responsibilities
Deadline Tracking: Monitor electronic procurement platforms to track closing times, addenda, and submission requirements.
Pricing and Quotations: Collect and assemble final supplier quotes and cost breakdowns under tight schedules. Complete data entry. This is 90 percent of the job.
Final Submission: Upload and lock completed bid documents onto digital tendering portals before the official cutoff.
Joining and supporting the estimating team for their mandates.

Please note that we will be providing training for the role and our industry, including our proprietary system.

Qualifications
Outstanding customer service skills: in person, over the phone, and email;
Friendly and qualified individual;
Quick learner;
Above average interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills;
Previous experience in data entry, construction estimation through the tendering process is considered an asset but not a requirement;
Post-secondary education is considered an asset but not a requirement;
Robust data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;




Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure, and meet deadlines;
Highly organized;
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), PDFs, and Gmail.
