Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tractor Operator to join team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of farm machinery and maintenance, with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, making sure the yard and surrounding areas are kept safe, clean, and well maintained. Applicants should be detail-oriented, physically capable of heavy lifting, and possess a proactive approach to equipment care and safety protocols.

Duties
Operate tractors and related farm machinery
Conduct routine maintenance on tractors and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and field activities
Follow safety guidelines during operation of heavy machinery to prevent accidents or injuries




Monitor yard conditions and report any issues promptly.

Skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery and equipment maintenance
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged operation of machinery
Robust understanding of farm safety protocols and maintenance procedures
