Job Summary

We are looking for a Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing rental inquiries, conducting property viewings, screening applicants, and assisting recent tenants throughout the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to rental inquiries (by phone, email, and online platforms)
Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
Process rental applications, perform reference checks, and assist in applicant screening
Prepare lease agreements and collect required documents and deposits
Maintain up-to-date records of follow-ups: calls, visits, applications, signed leases
Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures
Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure units are ready




Post rental listings on various online platforms

Required Qualifications
Experience in leasing, customer service, or real estate (an asset)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, leasing platforms, spreadsheets, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (mandatory)
