Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lash Technician with over two years of professional experience in eyelash extensions. In this role, you will craft stunning lash looks while providing outstanding customer service and promoting retail sales. Your communication skills and ability to upsell will help enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Duties
Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Deliver personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable lash styles.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation protocols at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns,



and aftercare instructions.
Promote retail products related to eyelash care and upselling additional services to maximize client satisfaction.
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments.
Build solid relationships through effective communication, ensuring clients feel valued and confident in their results.

Qualifications
Minimum of two years of professional experience as a Lash Technician specializing in eyelash extensions.
Proficiency in applying various lash styles and techniques with attention to detail.
Solid retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming environment.
Experience managing front desk duties such as scheduling, client check-in/out, and payment processing.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a beauty studio environment.
Passion for the beauty industry with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Pay: $17.60-$51.71 per hour
