Job Summary

As a Guest Service Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Duties
Greet guests upon arrival
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a qualified and timely manner
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized sales floor
Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written




Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Cash experience is helpful
