We are one of the largest property management companies in Western Canada and are currently looking to hire a full time Scanner/Jr. Accounts Payable Clerk to join our busy Downtown Vancouver office.

Job Responsibilities:
Input invoices into our AP system;
Ensures the effective operating of the A/P department by successfully take direction and complete work within a timely manner;
Ensures effective interpersonal Communications/Relations with Supervisors, Strata Agents and fellow colleagues;
Maintain good relationship with vendors/suppliers;
Conducts business at all times with the highest standards of personal, skilled and ethical conduct.

Education & Experience:
Knowledge of property management;
Some experience with Accounting

Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent Microsoft Office and keyboarding skills (ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm);
Exceptional prioritizing and time management skills;
Outstanding customer service skills;




Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced setting;
Fluency in English.
