In this full-time position at RRC Polytech, you will report to the Manager of Work-Integrated Learning. Your primary focus is fostering relationships with industry stakeholders to create relevant Work-Integrated Learning opportunities for transportation programs. You will guide students in placement preparation, ensuring they are equipped for successful industry placements through networking and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with transportation industry partners for student placements
• Facilitate meaningful work experiences for students




• Develop orientation and preparatory resources for placements
• Maintain databases to track student progress
• Coordinate employer networking activities

Requirements:
• Certificate in Automotive, Heavy-Duty, or related trade
• Experience working with industry stakeholders across Manitoba
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to mentor and guide students
• Knowledge of current labor market trends
