In this role, you will be pivotal in designing and developing accredited education programs. You’ll work with a close-knit team to create engaging eLearning content and enhance the learner experience through an efficient LMS (D2L Brightspace). Your contributions will directly empower thousands of learners and improve educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain engaging eLearning modules and resources
• Manage learner assessments and troubleshoot platform issues
• Analyze feedback to enhance content and LMS functionality




• Keep programs current with trends in learning technology
• Create best-practice guidance for LMS users

Requirements:
• Degree in Adult Education or Instructional Design
• Hands-on experience with LMS, D2L Brightspace is ideal
• Proven track record in online and blended program design
• Robust communication and documentation skills
• Bilingual in English/French is a plus
