Join Options Community Services as an Assistant Program Manager, supporting children and youth with diverse abilities in Surrey and Langley. Leverage your program management experience to drive positive community impact.
In this role, you will assist with daily operations for the Special Services to Children & Families team. This includes managing MCFD referrals, organizing staff caseloads, and facilitating client introductions. You will also conduct case reviews, coach staff, and play a critical role in staff training and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily operations of the program
• Organize and manage staff caseloads efficiently
• Conduct client introductions and case reviews
• Participate in staff hiring and training initiatives
• Submit Service Level Reports and liaise with funders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field
• Minimum one year of experience with children with special needs
• Experience supervising a staff team
• Valid BC driver's license with Class 4
• Current First Aid certificate and satisfactory driver’s abstract
