Deliver exceptional patient care as a Registered Nurse in the Dialysis Centre at St. Joseph’s Health System. This part-time role involves a combination of day, evening, and night shifts across multiple locations.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be instrumental in providing patient-centered, evidence-informed care. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, delivering care to patients with complex health needs in the Dialysis Centre at the Charlton Campus. Your role includes therapeutic and rehabilitative care to help maintain optimal patient function and support family needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-based nursing care to dialysis patients
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams on patient management
• Assess patient needs for therapeutic interventions




• Participate in ongoing career development and education
• Adhere to College of Nurses of Ontario standards

Requirements:
• Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
• Minimum two years of medical/surgical nursing experience
• Preferred critical care or nephrology nursing experience
• BCLS/HCP certification required
• Commitment to patient care and development
