Silver Fern Farms is seeking a Team Leader for the Secondary Butchery (Dayshift) at the Hastings site. You will join a team of three team leaders, looking after 120 production staff with support from a Department Team Leader.
The role is a 45-hour week, dayshift from 6am to 3pm, with staffing needs that may change. You will provide inspirational leadership to the team, ensuring clarity of expectations and how the team’s output contributes to departmental targets, while fostering safety, respect
