GDI Ainsworth is seeking an early-career HSE skilled to support its Health & Safety programs. You will work closely with the HSE Director and support daily operations through incident management, training coordination, and compliance tracking. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a national organization committed to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate incident reporting and investigations
• Maintain HSE systems and training data records
• Support subcontractor compliance and documentation tracking




• Assist with audits and compliance reviews
• Coordinate employee training and onboarding activities

Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in health and safety roles
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license for travel within Western Canada
