Collaboration with drivers is essential, ensuring they have the necessary instructions while maintaining compliance throughout the dispatch process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate load plans effectively to drivers and customers
• Ensure drivers receive proper instructions for safe operations
• Address and act on driver concerns promptly
• Maintain up-to-date dispatch systems
• Record all trip events accurately in TMW

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of transportation industry standards
• Experience with TMW system is an asset
• Familiarity with bulk and hazardous commodities
