Role Description
We are hiring an Associate Insurance Agent. This is for a full time, in-office position located in Ottawa, featuring a reliable base salary plus uncapped commission.

What will you do:

Prospect and connect with new clients to understand Commercial insurance needs.

Present clear insurance quotes and tailored policy options.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, to retain existing clients.

Guide clients smoothly through policy updates and coverage changes.

Network to generate new business leads.

Qualifications





Solid communication and listening skills.

Self-motivated, positive, and goal-driven attitude.

Previous sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.

Valid Ontario OTL or RIBO insurance license or readiness to study and pass the exam.

Confident salesperson who enjoys direct, in-person client interaction.
