Key Responsibilities:



• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and related systems • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues • Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs • Maintain accurate records and oversee contractors

Requirements: • Grade 12 completion with technical courses in maintenance • Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents • Solid communication and organizational skills • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License for BC
