Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver food for residents and guests
• Review menus and adhere to dietary requirements
• Ensure proper food handling and cleanliness
• Complete daily temperature audits for storage areas
• Participate in menu planning for special occasions
Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate required
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of dietary regulations and Canada's Food Guide
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
• Willingness to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
