Hatch is seeking a highly motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to enhance our nuclear team. With over 10 years of project engineering experience in mechanical design, you will lead multidisciplinary projects aimed at revolutionizing the energy landscape. Your role will include the development and review of mechanical deliverables and mentoring staff for exceptional project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare engineering work packages to meet project schedules • Define mechanical project requirements related to scope and costs • Develop and review engineering calculations and technical specifications • Support classification and regulatory documentation requirements • Assist with technical queries during construction phases
Requirements: • B.Sc/B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering • Minimum 10 years’ experience in mechanical design projects • Familiarity with CSA N285 and ASME codes • Skilled Engineer registration in Ontario or eligibility • Excellent communication and organizational skills
