Midland Transport is seeking a Dock Supervisor based at the Dieppe Terminal. You will oversee the daily dock plan, coordinate trailer assignments, communicate with drivers, and monitor trailer readiness to ensure protected, productive, and timely operations.
The role requires leadership to coach dock staff, drive continuous improvement, and maintain efficient staffing and workflow within the terminal.
