Responsibilities
Your oversight will include managing staff training, cash readings, and compliance with safety protocols. Strong leadership and a commitment to customer service are essential to thrive in this setting. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production and operations of food units

Coordinate staff schedules and training efforts

Track and manage weekly sales, labour, and food costs

Communicate effectively with customers and resolve issues

Ensure adherence to HACCP and safety standards Requirements:

At least one year of experience in food industry management

FoodSafe Level 1 Certification is essential

Strong knowledge related to health and safety compliance

Proven ability to lead and inspire team performance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Bring your expertise in food management and customer service to Compass Group, impacting the dining experience positively.
