What is the Prospect?
Reporting to the General Superintendent, the Superintendent is responsible for providing leadership, supervision and coordination for day-to-day piling and foundation field operations. This includes planning and executing work related to driven piles, drilled shafts/caissons, shoring, excavation support, concrete foundations and associated civil works, while ensuring the safety and productivity of crews and compliance with OH&S; and Company policies, procedures and guidelines. The Superintendent is a key participant in the relationship between the company, the workforce, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, the client and all other project stakeholders.
