An exciting chance has arisen within the Tayside Health Visiting Service for an experienced Specialist Community Public Health Nurse - Health Visiting or equivalent qualification to apply for the post of Team Leader.

The successful candidate will have a key role in providing Leadership, support and guidance to Health Visitors and Early Years workers within the Service to deliver the National Health Visiting Universal Pathway to improve outcomes for children and families. You will work closely with the Senior Nurse to evidence and meet both local and national priorities.

It is essential to have a comprehensive knowledge of GIRFEC,



the Children & Families (Scotland) Act 2014 and the responsibilities of the Named Person function.

Candidates should have experience working with vulnerable children and families and be able to provide evidence of recent postgraduate study and or be willing to undertake relevant study essential for the post.

You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register and hold a Special Health Visiting or Public Health qualification.
