180 Kitchens is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Finish Carpenter / Kitchen Installer who takes serious pride in their craft.

This isn't about rushing through installs and moving on to the next one.

We want someone who understands that the difference between a good kitchen and an exceptional kitchen is in the finishing.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll work on kitchen renovation and installation projects including:

Kitchen cabinet installation

Cabinet refacing and modifications

Finish and detail carpentry

Crown moulding, fillers, panels, trim and finishing details

Custom fitting and on-site problem solving

Adjusting doors, drawers and hardware for proper alignment

Working with walls, floors and ceilings that aren't always perfectly square

Completing final deficiencies and making sure the finished kitchen looks exceptional

Keeping the customer's home and your work area clean and professional

And yes...

We care about the details. A lot.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You're an experienced carpenter/installer who:

Has robust finish carpentry skills

Has experience installing kitchens, cabinetry or millwork

Takes pride in precision and craftsmanship

Has an excellent eye for detail

Can troubleshoot and solve problems on site





Works efficiently without sacrificing quality

Communicates well with customers and the 180 Kitchens team

Shows up when they say they will

Respects the customer's home

Owns their mistakes and makes things right

Can work independently without someone looking over their shoulder

We're not looking for someone who says:

“Good enough.”

We're looking for the person who steps back, looks at the finished job and asks:

“Would I be happy with this in my own home?”
