Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Landscape Building Crew Lead / Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a team workplace, and is ready to learn the skills needed to build high-quality landscapes.

Responsibilities:
Assist in construction of patios, retaining walls, walkways, stairs, and other hardscape features
Load, unload, and move materials (stone, soil, gravel, plants, etc.)
Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
Work with crew members to complete projects on time and to quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe job site

Qualifications:
Previous landscape or construction experience an asset (but not required – training provided)




Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Positive attitude and robust work ethic
Reliable transportation to job sites across Muskoka
Ability to operate skidsteers and excavator equipment is an asset
