Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and dependable Construction Labourers to join our construction team.

Duties
Assist with general construction and site preparation activities
Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment
Assist tradespeople and equipment operators as required
Perform general labour duties including digging, grading, cleanup, and site maintenance
Operate basic hand and power tools safely
Assist with sitework, excavation, concrete, asphalt, and residential construction projects
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure worksite
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work zones for safety and efficiency

Experience




Previous construction experience is considered an asset
Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Solid work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn recent skills and take direction
Valid driver's licence is considered an asset
WHMIS, First Aid, or other safety certifications are considered an asset

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
