Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, cookies, and other desserts with precision and flair
Decorate cakes and pastries using advanced cake decorating techniques to create visually stunning presentations
Follow established recipes and food safety protocols to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met
Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various baked items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling and packaging procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail




Support the overall food industry standards by adhering to health regulations and safety guidelines at all times

Skills
Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or a similar food industry role with a focus on desserts and cake decorating
Robust knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and kitchen operations
Excellent customer service skills to engage with guests positively when needed
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining high standards of quality
Skilled in food preparation techniques related to cooking, baking, and presentation
Experience working in restaurants or hospitality settings is highly desirable
Capable of managing multiple tasks such as packaging baked goods for retail or takeout orders
