In this full-time position located within the Bio/Life Sciences department, you will work closely with users on intricate experiments involving high brilliance infrared light. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver support to beamline users and fellow scientists
Set up beamline and associated equipment
Train users in beamline operation and sample prep




Conduct accurate measurements and analyze data
Supervise safe and efficient user operations

Requirements:
Undergraduate/Master's degree for Associate Scientist level
At least two years of experience with a Master's or one year with a Ph.D.
Strong background in infrared spectroscopy required
Familiarity with advanced optics and instrument development
Programming skills in Python considered an asset
