Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
Help customers weigh and fill containers
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Stock shelves and refill containers
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Key Holder Position, opening and closing duties

Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required
Robust organizational skills to maintain a clean sales floor and help effectively manage inventory
Sales skills to effectively communicate product information
Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment




Basic math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash
