We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker (Meat, Seafood, and Poultry) to join our food preparation team. This role involves working in a fast-paced food production environment focused on processing, packaging, and sanitation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, food safety standards, and equipment operations.

Responsibilities
Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood
Wrap and package prepared goods
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
Follow food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times




Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to prevent contamination or spoilage
Assist with daily delivery from suppliers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

Requirements
Solid knife-handling skills and comfort working with raw meat
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work weekends as needed
Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
Prior experience in manufacturing, food industry, meat cutting, or butcher is preferred
