Exciting news! Alforno First Street Market is seeking a Café Manager. Join a dynamic team dedicated to food quality and teamwork.

The Café Manager is a hands-on leader who motivates their team, upholds service excellence, and drives operational efficiency while collaborating closely with the executive and culinary teams.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

What are the duties to perform:
3 Years of experience working in management and coffee is preferred!
Able to perform early openings 5 days a week, with open availability for weekends and holidays.
Prior experience working in a rapid-paced environment and the ability to multitask effectively
Must be proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office suite, internet and email
Experience ordering and monitoring supplies, and ensuring appropriate product inventories are in place
Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management
Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, practices, and techniques
